Getting things done...

Today has been a good day for getting things done:
1. Created a group-restricted item giver for Serra that I'm pretty sure actually works.
I tested it and it works for me, but I'm learning that rarely means anything.
2. Finished the preliminary model for Walker's new mystery attachment.
I'm making Walker Spaight a new attachment to replace his trusty golf club. He doesn't know what I'm building yet, or what all it may be able to do. And I'm not saying until it's done. I'm really probably only a quarter of the way finished.
3. Turned my trees to autumn to go with the rest of Caledon.
My neighbor has some beautiful autumn trees made by Julia Hathor. I may have to go grab some myself to augment my current set. I have far too many evergreens. Also, the ground textures in Caledon have been updated with fall leaves, but the Ruins, having prim ground, have not. Need to find that texture somewhere and use it.
Personally, I have big plans for winter. Freezing over the lake is just the beginning!
4. Attended the first planning session for Caledon's Halloween celebration.
Ducked almost all responsibility, except for some scripting I was going to be doing anyway (updating my voting system to be inter-sim.) Sounds like there are going to be some really fun events, including a decorating contest. Have to plan how to decorate up the Observatory and the Ruins!
5. Completed about 1/3 of my essay on Identity in SL.
It's going to be long. Not Prokofy long, but long-ish.
So yes, not a small day. And that doesn't count the ten hours I put in doing RL work. One would think I'd be tired, but I just can't sleep. My brain is running a mile a minute.
